Our Coffees - all Organic and Fairtrade certified

Medium Roasts

Wind in Your Sails (medium roast) A bright and mild blend. Predominantly Guatemalan beans with a hit of Colombian for added intrigue. For those who like a light touch.

Morning Mantra (medium roast) Full flavoured, with low acidity and smooth finish from southern Mexico. Tuned to start your morning off on the right note.

Bluenose Brew (medium roast) Medium body and acidity Central American coffees coupled with the fruit-like overtones from dry process Ethiopian beans.

Dolce Vita Espresso (medium-plus roast) A lighter espresso with surprising sweetness reminiscent of toasted almonds - a Third Wave take on "the good life" combining central American and Asian coffees.

Frankly Sumatra (medium-plus roast) Straight-up Sumatra from the Aceh province of Indonesia. Earthy, unexpected - a walk on the wild side.

Kahawa Rwanda (medium-plus roast) Kahawa (coffee in Swahili) is lively and playful with a nutty-malty base accented with tangy fruit/floral highlights.

Masaba's Gift (medium-plus roast) From the slopes of the largest caldera in Africa. Medium body, creamy with caramel notes, low acidity and slight earthiness.

Heart of Africa (medium-plus roast) Eastern Congo highlands. Distinctive, full bodied with brown sugar sweetness and a hint of herbs and citrus.

Dark Roasts

Rock Your Boat (dark roast) Lives up to its name. A bold coffee, rich in taste and aroma. A blend of dark, mi-noir, and medium roasted Mexican beans, bolstered by full bodied Sumatra.

Seventh Wave Espresso (dark roast) Coffees from around the world roasted and blended to release a flood of flavour from your espresso machine. Also delicious as brewed coffee.

Ooh La La! (very dark roast) High altitude Andean grown coffee, smoky and sweet - but with an attitude.

Decaffeinated Coffees - all water processed

Boat Out of Water (medium decaf) Yes, decaf coffee with real flavour! The beans are CO2 or water processed (no toxic chemicals) to retain optimum flavour.

Toothless Shark (medium & dark blend decaf) Big flavour with no bite - a good choice for decaf espresso. The beans are CO2 or water processed (no toxic chemicals) to retain optimum flavour.

Mardi Gras (very dark) Decaf with oomph! Roasted dark for a lively taste and CO2/water processed too.
